FREE ENTRY

The planned giveaway will have a free entry method. No purchase, payment, donation or paid membership will be required to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase the chance of winning. The entry method, account requirements and entry limits will be finalized for compliance with applicable rules and platform policies, then published before entry opens.

ELIGIBILITY & PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

Entrants must be 21 or older at entry and legally eligible to own and possess a firearm. This is an organizer-imposed eligibility condition; it is not a claim that every accessory legally requires firearm ownership or a minimum age of 21. Entrants must also meet the specific prize’s lawful receipt, possession and shipping requirements and the geographic eligibility stated in the final rules. Void where prohibited. Federal, state and local restrictions apply. No prize will be shipped or transferred in violation of law.

We will check every giveaway requirement, including the entire required follow list, before confirming a winner and awarding a prize. Required follows must remain active through verification and prize claim. Anyone who fails to meet all requirements or cannot provide proof of being 21 or older will be disqualified. Accepted proof of age and verification instructions will be specified in the final Official Rules.

The planned prizes are display stands, optics and bags. No firearm-transfer or background-check procedure is being represented as a standard condition for these items. Any applicable identity, age, eligibility, shipping or product-specific restrictions will be stated in the final rules. Checking a box is not proof of eligibility. No substitute recipient may be used to evade restrictions. Employees and organizers involved in administering the giveaway, and their immediate families and household members, are intended to be excluded.

TRUTHFUL INFORMATION & WINNER RESPONSIBILITY

Entrants are responsible for providing truthful, complete and accurate information about their identity, age, accounts, location and eligibility. False, incomplete or misleading information, failure to meet a requirement, or failure to provide the required verification will result in disqualification. Incorrect contact information may prevent delivery of notices; the final rules will state the applicable response and claim deadlines.

Current planned giveaways are limited to the listed display stands, optics and bags; firearms and items requiring an FFL transfer are not currently offered. This is not a representation that every accessory is lawful for every person or in every location. Applicable restrictions, including restrictions arising from criminal history or court orders, must be satisfied. No prize will be delivered where doing so would violate law, and no substitute recipient may be used to bypass an eligibility restriction.

Winners assume responsibility for their own lawful receipt, possession, storage, transfer and use of prizes, including compliance with applicable federal, state, county and municipal law and manufacturer instructions. A prize award does not create an employment, agency or representative relationship with NotPorn.TV or any sponsor, and does not endorse or authorize the winner’s conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NotPorn.TV, its organizers and participating sponsors disclaim liability for loss, injury or damage arising from an entrant’s false information, legal ineligibility, unlawful conduct or misuse of a prize. This provision does not exclude or limit liability, rights or obligations that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or waived.

DRAWING & DELIVERY

The final rules will identify each prize and retail value, the sponsor, eligible locations, entry opening and closing times with time zone, entry limits, random drawing date, winner notification method and claim deadline. Odds will depend on the number of eligible entries. Verification, alternate-winner procedures, shipping, taxes, any disclosed fees, substitution terms and any required filings will be settled before launch.

PLATFORM DISCLOSURES

This planned promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or YouTube. The final entry terms will include releases of Instagram and YouTube from liability related to the promotion, to the extent permitted by law. No inaccurate tagging, spam or artificial engagement is requested. Each prize and promotional post must comply with the relevant platform’s rules; these disclosures do not authorize prohibited promotions.

PRIVACY & RESPONSIBLE USE

Email signup will be available once the giveaways are announced. An email address for entry confirmations, giveaway-status updates and winner notices will be required when entry opens. Notification-list signup alone is not a giveaway entry. A privacy notice describing entry information, its use, retention and relevant service providers will accompany the final rules. Do not send identification documents, firearm records or other sensitive information through social messages or Alley’s chat.

Prizes must be used lawfully and according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Final rules will address applicable warranties, lawful limitations of liability, disputes, fraud or tampering, cancellation and the winner-list process. No term will waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
