The gaps hold the centers of the O, P and R in place. Black areas are the cutouts; the bridges stay in your stencil.

Cricut: Download the cut-file SVG. In Design Space, start a new project, choose Upload, select the SVG, and add it to your canvas. Keep the operation set to Basic Cut. If the pieces appear separately, select them together and use Attach to preserve their arrangement.
Set the artwork width to 7.5 inches for your first test. Start with a scrap of your chosen material; use the matching material setting. Smaller cuts make the bridges more fragile. This design has not been physically test-cut.
Home printer: Open the home-print page and print on US Letter paper in portrait orientation, at 100% scale, with browser headers and footers off. Cut away the black shapes and leave the gaps intact.
The color logo PNG is for artwork and printing. Use the black SVG for stencil cutting.
